How many credits does one video cost?
A 480p video costs 10 credits and a 720p HD video costs 20. Starter covers 1 video in 480p, Pro covers 3 in 480p or 1 in 720p HD plus 1 in 480p, and Party covers 5 in 480p or 2 in 720p HD plus 1 in 480p.
What's the difference between 480p and 720p HD?
480p looks good on a phone screen and costs 10 credits. 720p HD has sharper faces and details and costs 20 credits. Anyone can pick either quality with any pack.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time payment. You are never charged again unless you buy another pack.
Do credits expire?
Credits stay valid for 1 year from the purchase date. Your balance is shown next to the Generate button.
What if a video fails?
If a render fails because of a system or AI provider error, its credits go back to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days if you haven't used any credits from the pack, or if a problem on our side stopped you from making videos. See the Refund Policy for details.
Who processes my payment?
Our payment provider runs a secure hosted checkout and handles the payment, sales tax and your receipt. We never see your full card number.
