Acceptable Use Policy
What you can and cannot make with our ChatGPT millionaire meme generator, which AI models we use, how photos and videos are moderated, and how to report content or appeal a decision.
Last updated: 2026-10-19
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses ChatGPT Millionaire AI at chatgptmillionaireai.org, and to every photo you upload and every video you generate.
1. What the Service Does
ChatGPT Millionaire AI turns one photo into a brand-new, AI-generated 13-second vertical video in the style of the viral ChatGPT millionaire "Get a job" skit. You only choose the scene and the video quality. The generator has no prompt box: every video runs one fixed script that we wrote, so the model cannot be asked for anything else.
Videos are made by these third-party AI video models:
- Seedance 2.0 Fast by ByteDance, our default model.
- Seedance 2.5 by ByteDance and MiniMax H3 by MiniMax, which we may switch to for quality or availability.
ChatGPT Millionaire AI is an independent product with its own brand. It is not an official app of OpenAI, ByteDance, MiniMax, TikTok or anyone else, and it is not affiliated with the creator of the original reel. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. The videos are scripted entertainment: they never contain a real answer from ChatGPT or any other assistant.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, generate or share:
- Pornography and NSFW content: nudity, sexual acts, or sexualized content of anyone.
- Violence and gore: graphic violence, injury, self-harm or threats.
- Hate speech: content that attacks or demeans people because of race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any sexual content involving minors. Photos of anyone under 18 are not allowed at all, and we report CSAM to the authorities.
- Impersonation and misleading content: videos of a real person made without their consent, content that impersonates someone, or content meant to make people believe it is real footage. This includes photos of celebrities, politicians and other public figures used without their consent.
- Copyright and trademark infringement: photos you don't have the rights to use, or videos used to infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
Fraud, spam, harassment and political or election-related deception are also not allowed.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Only upload a photo of yourself, your own pet, or someone who has agreed to it. Before each video you confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't show anyone under 18.
- Label your video as AI-generated when you post it, for example with TikTok's AI-generated content label. Never present it as real footage or as a real conversation with ChatGPT.
4. How We Moderate Content
- Before generation. There is no free-text prompt, only one fixed script we wrote. Every uploaded photo is screened by an automated safety check before any credits are spent. Photos must be JPG, PNG or WebP files up to 5 MB, and you must confirm consent before every video.
- During generation. Every generation runs with our AI provider's content safety checker switched on. It screens both your photo and the generated video for sexual, violent and other unsafe content. If anything is flagged, the video is blocked and never delivered, and its credits are returned automatically.
- After generation. Finished videos are marked "AI-generated" on the site. We review every report from users and rights holders, as described below.
5. Reporting Content
Email support@chatgptmillionaireai.org with the subject "Content report". Include the video link or task ID, what is wrong, and any evidence. This inbox is monitored daily. We review every report within 48 hours and remove content as soon as we confirm a violation.
6. Enforcement
Depending on how serious a violation is, we may:
- block the generation and remove the content;
- send the account a warning;
- suspend the account temporarily;
- ban the account permanently, in which case unused credits are forfeited;
- report illegal content, including CSAM, to law enforcement.
7. Appeals
If you think we got it wrong, write to support@chatgptmillionaireai.org with the subject "Appeal" within 30 days of our decision. Every appeal is reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original decision, and we reply within 7 days.
